I ordered the 36v 13ah battery for a secondary to double my range. I keep the extra in a rack pack. I easily got 30 miles with this battery, which is equal to my original. I had questions and concerns and the customer service rep was polite, prompt and very helpful. When I need another battery, this is where I will shop.This is nicer than I expected with a switch, nice lock, and USB port.I ordered a 36v but it’s actually a 42v. For my hub motor it doesn’t matter and it’s kind of nice, but the battery meter will never work. It’s so heavy because it’s high capacity, and it’s easy to slide on and off or lock, but I wish the holder was more robust and allowed pipe clamps to hold it on. I’d recommend an additional adapter to allow a more secure mount on the bike.this battery never seems to go down and is very fast,im 76 yrs old and have built many electric trikes and 2 wheelers, picture is my latest.thanks DonExcellent product, great customer service!Mine does have a power switch. Works great and install was simple. Would be nice if it came with wiring harness. Overall great purchase!The battery was a little bigger than what was described, but has a switch & USB. Averaging about 60miles per charge. First charger broke after 2 charges, but Yose sent me a new on in about 2-3 days.After 3 weeks of use I can say that the battery is good…I rode about 30 miles today and came home still with power…I am surprised how long its power lasts considering it is not the original battery of the bicycle… excellent product I recommend it ???It really is a great battery. The 48-17 has an on/off switch, but no usb ports.
