What can you do if the equipment fails? 1) Plugging in the device shows no output. After turning on the power button, you still need to light up the AC\DC button, and the indicator light will be red (AC), green (DC), and yellow (AC\DC are both turned on) before it can be used. 2) The charging treasure cannot be charged. If you are using the built-in adapter, please make sure that the mains power is 110V US standard output. If you use your own adapter, please confirm that it is DC5521 port 18V2A input. If using a USB-C adapter, please use a 20V3A PD60W adapter. 3) Wireless charging does not output. How to keep the battery in the best condition and prolong the battery life? The charging treasure battery is a lithium battery, which can be used normally for 1000 cycles to 80%. It is recommended to use the product to charge every time 10% of the power is reserved, which can effectively prevent battery damage.
