This cordless auto nailer also has a digital brushless motor that delivers a powerful 4,200 IPM for maximum efficiency in a lightweight design. The magnetic collet securely holds nails for convenient one-handed use and proper positioning. And its 3-position adjustable head (0°, 45°, and 90°) hammers at a variety of angles for greater versatility in tight areas. Its compact design includes a lock-off switch to prevent accidental startups and a built-in LED light with after-glow illuminates dimly lit spaces. The included 12V 2.0Ah USB-C battery features two-way rapid charging that allows you to charge the battery or portable devices with its 60W USB-C port. When it’s time to recharge the battery, the multifunctional charger ditches the traditional power tool charging dock for a compact, convenient format that can plug in anywhere. I recently offered to help my cousin wire up his entire new house in the UP, Michigan, Romex cabling throughout 3 stories with many rooms. Having done wiring for 50 years with conduit, Greenfield (BX), and Romex, I was up for the challenge except for the many staples that had to be placed correctly and sometimes in tight spaces. The hammer just doesn't hit the staple just right every time. Having focused on Ryobi tools and collected many over time, I was hoping they offered some portable palm hammer to be more efficient. No one makes such a tool but Skill. I gave it a try and was blown away with how well it worked out. Light weight, well balanced, with a great battery life. After using it for 3 days, up on ladders and tight locations, this has become one of my new favorite tools. Battery life exceeds the Ryobi ones known for long charge life. Makes me wish I spent more attention to the Skill tool products years ago. I would HIGHLY recommend this portable hammer with the right price tag.
